Attempting to make Jeleva more reliable - the instant/sorcery count is almost half the deck! Added Mystical Teachings and Mystical Tutor, as well as replaced spells to work with Jeleva's ability (Howl of the Horde is great tech, as it's a copy spell that works BETTER off of Jeleva)
