Jeleva was simply to Johny/Timmy friendly for me to not try to build an edh deck around. The deck features a lot of big splashy instants and sorceries, and cards that interact with said spells. In lieu of sac outlets (for Jeleva), I decided to add more Wraths. This increases the instant/sorcery count, whereas sac outlets are mostly permanents. In addition, the deck has few creatures, so wraths are often one sided. As always, suggestions are welcome.
