Slight tweaks —April 16, 2014

Wasn't getting enough devotion quickly enough for the two gods so i added 3x Precinct Captain because he will add Devotion for both. Took out one Athreos and 2x Rakdos's Return, Rakdos was too slow and wasn't providing the removal I wanted.

Also Swapped out 2x Mutavault for 1x Temple of Triumph and 1x Temple of Silence. I rarely changed it into a creature and wanted more consistent colored mana. PLus the extra scry doesn't hurt.
