Both cards fulfill the same main role, replacing Deepwood Legate when no Forest is in play. However, Sibsig Muckdraggers has the added advantage of being able to revive Necrotic Ooze, providing an additional creature based recursion.
Is there any practical advantage in using snow or non-snow swamps?

diogo1943 The main reason for running snow-covered lands in most mono-coloured decks is Extraplanar Lens which unfortunately can't be used here... For Belz, Scrying Sheets is the only reason for running them. The utility gained from Scrying Sheets is minimal, in my opinion, but it can be used to dig faster for hate removal or damage mitigation.

Literally just got most of the cards in the mail today, then I see there is an update, haha. I'll probably have to stick with the old combo for now until I can snag a Skittles. The resilience of the new line looks great though!
