I had it in here at one point before I decided to change it to a competitive* deck. Magus of the Will is a great card, but its a little slow, even coming down on curve, as opposed to the utility creatures that help me ramp into casting Yidris on turn 3. It is def good if Im locked and cannot cast Yidris but thats why Doomsday is in there. But a great suggestion nonetheless.

• Its as competitive it can get without cards like Timetwister or ABU lands.

ABU and Timetwister are crazy expensive. I guess if you wanted you could add Time Reversal.

To keep mana curve low, and consistent and guarantee that turn 4 to 6 turn kill, its a great spell but for a storm deck built like this its just to high. In something like Narset and getting that free cast is great. Time Reversal just demands a high price in here. Thanks for the suggestion!
