I have a very similar deck that I splash red to get Crackling Lightning and Kolaghan's Command. I think the premise is sound.

Another difference between our 2 decks is that you use Tasigur, the Golden Fang, where I have Anafenza, the Foremost. Which is better? I don't know. Both are useful for different situations. I also play with Dragonlord Dromoka for evasion and lifelink, instead of Wingmate Roc.

Have you though of Languish? With Siege Rhino and Woodlands Wanderer, your big boys should survive, free to romp on the other guy.

Abzan midrange was the original deck, and Abzan Aggro came after that, so this is waayy more mainstream than Abzan Aggro.

Ti88: That's a good suggestion, but I'm already overloaded on 4-drops, and killing Den Protector and Warden of the First Tree is a huge downside.

CiAquatic: Actually the aggro version of this deck is way more popular now. It's just named this because I had no clever name ideas.
