Welcome to the game! I have a few suggestions about your deck

The first one should be easiest to fix, but most decks should try to stick to the minimum 60 card limit, this increases the chance of you drawing your best card, or a card that will get you out of the current situation.

Secondly is about colors. While it is tempting to include a lot of colors so you have the best cards from each, often times you end up with a situation like having a lot of white spells in hand, but no white mana to cast them. Most decks are only 1-3 colors for this reason and the ones with 3 colors tend to have to use cards specifically to ensure their colors line up. For now I'd try to stick with only 2 colors if possible to have the best consistency.

The term synergy gets thrown around a lot. In terms of magic it talks about how well your deck or individual cards work together to produce something better. At present, your deck doesn't quite have that yet. You have mana intensive cards like Ashen Monstrosity and while Smokebraider gives you extra mana, it can't be used to cast spirits. I'm not saying every card needs to work perfectly with every other card, but it's something to keep in mind.

Magic is a complex game and I can guarantee you that even when professional magic players started out, they needed help at first. I don't mind helping you tweak your deck more and tappedout has a lot of other people like me who are willing to help.

If you pick what kind of deck you want (Do you want to try to win quickly, or slow down the game and win with your high mana cards? Somewhere in the middle?) and what color or colors you want to focus on, i can give you some pointers on what cards might be best. Hope this helps :)
