Zedruu ability and tokens

So if I have a token (from Kher Keep for example), and I use Zedruu the Greathearted 's ability to give it to my opponent, do I still own the token?

A token is owned by the player under whose control it entered the battlefield. This means that the Kobold token will be owned by you, and thus you can take it back with something like Homeward Path .
Note that even if your Kher Keep is activated to produce a token, but that token somehow enters play on an opponent's side of the battlefield without ever hitting yours, they are the owner of that token.
