Zada, Hedron Grinder Combos

In the combos sections, i have not seen anything like Goblin Grenade or Altar's Reap These types of cards can be used on Zada?
Goblin Grenade with like 5 goblins on the field, It would be nice right?
Epochalyptik is corrrect. Goblin Grenade says sacrifice a creature, so there is no target, meaning Zada's ability won't trigger.

Zada, Hedron Grinder
Sacrificing doesn't involve targeting.
The only way Goblin Grenade would trigger Zada, Hedron Grinder's ability is if you cast Goblin Grenade targeting Zada, Hedron Grinder, in which case you'd just end up doing 5 damage to all of your creatures.
Altar's Reap doesn't target anything, so it can't trigger Zada, Hedron Grinder's ability.
Note also that when you copy a spell, you don't pay any costs for the copy. The copy is just created on the stack with all of the same choices (including costs paid) as the original spell. You don't cast the copies.
