Yeva, Nature's Herald???

Does she allow me to cast any creature that has green in it's mana cost? Say I have Yeva, Nature's Herald out and I have a Trostani, Selesnya's Voice in hand, since she has green in her costs is she identified as Green and White and as both, is affected by any cards that affect either

A card's color is determined by the colored mana symbols in its mana cost, the colors of any color indicators in its type line, and any characteristic-defining abilities it has. Trostani, Selesnya's Voice has green mana symbols in its mana cost, so it's a green card. Yeva, Nature's Herald gives it flash.
