If i have a Elvish Archdruid and goblin-cheiftan on the field and i play Xenograft and name elf the goblin becomes an elf but if i play a second xenograft and name goblin is my gobin cheif still an elf? Thx

Yes. The key here is "in addition to its other creatures types" on xenograft.

Yes. Xenograft states that "creatures you control are the chosen type *in addition to their other types." This means that Xenograft does not override any other creature type of creatures you control, and the effects of multiple Xenografts stack, giving your creatures multiple additional types.
