Would this suspend combo work?

Before i make a thread about this deck, i would like to make sure it actually works. Here is the deck: Epic Suspend combo!
Basically the combo is you suspend a Barren Glory or Near-Death Experience ( only if using Worldfire) with Jhoira of the Ghitu. Then the turn before they become unsuspended, you cast a Worldfire or Apocalypse. Then during your next upkeep, the card becomes unsuspended and enters the battlefield, then the ability triggers since it is still your upkeep, and you win.
Would this combo really work? Am i stacking the upkeep triggers correctly? Please Help!

No. In order for an ability to trigger, its source needs to exist in the correct zone at the time the trigger event occurs. If Barren Glory or Near-Death Experience enters the battlefield during your upkeep, then it wasn't on the battlefield at the beginning of your upkeep. The ability won't trigger.
