Would the effect still trigger?

In regards to one of the decks I've built. If I use Fact or Fiction and one of the cards that get shown is Gaea's Blessing.If Gaea's Blessing is in the pile I choose to send to the grave. Does it mill effect get triggered? Or did I bypass it

The shuffle effect triggers because fact of fiction does not remove the cards from the library so gaea's blessing would be going from your library to your graveyard.
