Would Terminus also remove indestructibles?

I am working on a standard deck, and I am very interested in Terminus 's ability to only take creatures and place them back in the library.

Now, technically this affect does not destroy the creature, so it would also remove cards like Stuffy Doll ? (I know that card is not standard, but an example.)

Yes, because Indestructible only effects "destroy" spells (Doom Blade , etc) and lethal damage (combat, Searing Spear , etc).
