Would 2 attacking Dromoka, the Eternal give each other 4 1/1 counters?

Asked by CChaos 9 years ago

Only 2 Dromoka are on the field. They tap and attack. Because they have the same ability (Bolster 2) I believe they would allow each other to gain 2 1/1 counters, and then another 2 1/1 counters.

Thanks.

If you had a Mirror Gallery, then yes, they would each have two triggers when they attack, giving each 4 counters. Otherwise, the legend rule would require you to keep only one.

Well just remember first of all that Dromoka, the Eternal is legendary, and you can only have two on the field if you have Mirror Gallery. But if you had two out, I believe each ability would trigger and go on the stack every time a dragon attacks., so every time you attack with a dragon, you would bolster 2 two times I think.

Rule of thumb: if it has a name, like an actual individual name, it is legendary
