Wondering about Dragon EDH interactions.

Ok, so i have Scourge of Valkas and Utvara Hellkite in play and I declare attacks with 4 dragons in total. How many triggers and for what damage does the Scourge deal?
Do the 6/6 tokens see each other entering the battlefield, or are the triggers one at a time, with damage getting larger and larger?
ie, 4 triggers of 10 damage, or 7, 8, 9, 10 damage?

Ok, so lets break it down. You declare attackers with four dragons, while having 6 dragons out. 4 triggers from Utvara go on the stack and resolve one at a time, so you will get 7,8,9,10 damage from the Scourge for the 4 dragon tokens.
