Will sacrificing a clue artifact by other means trigger sacrifice clue triggers?

i would like to sacrifice a permanent to cast angelic purge. if i sacrifice a clue artifact will triggers on graf mole and tireless tracker go off?

Yes Graf Mole and tireless tracker will trigger from clues being sacrificed for any reason. It only specifies that it triggers when a clue is sacrificed. It does not say something along the lines of "When you activate an ability of a clue". So it does not care for what reason the clue was sacrificed as long as it was.
