Will Pyromancer's Goggles generate triggered abilities?

I have a Pyromancer's Goggles on the battlefield. If I cast, for example, Empty the Warrens or Demonic Dread, will I get the triggered ability (in this case Storm or Cascade) off of the goggles?

You will get the trigger from the original spell, but not the copy. The reason is that both Storm and Cascade say "when you cast this spell" in their remind text. Copies created with the Goggles are not cast, they are just created on the stack, therefore they can't trigger anything that is triggered by casting.
