If I control a Baral, Chief of Compliance and then remand one of my own spells (such as Grapeshot), do I loot from Baral first, or do I draw from Remand first?

You draw from Remand first. If a triggered ability (starts with "when/whenever/at") triggers during the resolution of another spell or ability it waits to be put onto the stack until right after that other spell/ability is completely finished resolving.
