When does Oversold Cemetery check?

I have 2 Oversold Cemeterys in play and 4 creature cards in my graveyard at the beginning of my upkeep. How many graveyard creatures may I take back to my hand?

The check for four or more creature cards is performed on resolution as well as at the beginning of upkeep. So the trigger may not do anything if there are not enough creatures any longer.

Oversold Cemetery has an intervening If clause. It will check at both the beginning of the phase and the resolution of the ability to see if the condition is true. So, you will get two triggers at the beginning of your upkeep, but be able to resolve only one of them.
