Because the two abilities are separate, both will occur. It will check to see if you played a blue spell, then check to see if you played a black spell. Since you played both a blue spell and black spell, both will occur in the order you choose.

Both effects trigger at the same time, and the resolve in the order that you choose.

Ghastlord of Fugue and Dimir Cutpurse are both Blue and Black.

Dire Undercurrents has 2 triggered abilities, which check for a Blue creature, and a Black creature respectively.

These abilities will both trigger if you play a creature that is both blue and black, which gives you both effects.

@Devix

Mind you, if both abilities are in the same paragraph, it is counted as one ability. However, if the lines are separated, it is two separate abilities.

For example: If you had a Balefire Liege , whenever you cast a red and white spell, both abilities would trigger when you cast it and it would receive a total of +2/+2 if you have a R/W creature.

However, if you had a Verdeloth the Ancient , creatures with the creature types Saporling and Treefolk you control would only receive +1/+1, as it is one ability. A creature only needs to be a saporling or a treefolk to receive +1/+1, but it's just extra for it to be both.
