waxing moon ruling

Hey I know that eldritch moon hasn't come out yet but one card confuses me. Waxing Moon if I try to use it on one of the old werewolves like Huntmaster of the Fells Flip. or thanks to it wordings it says screw the old ones I only work on the ones who lost their humans forms due to emrakul?

All werewolves are werewolves on both sides, so Waxing Moon will work as you expect with "old" werewolves.
