Utvara Hellkite and Scourge of Valkas

If I had 2 Dragon Hatchling 's and Utvara Hellkite and Scourge of Valkas and I attacked with all of them how much damage would Scourge of Valkas ability deal from the Dragons entering?

Well I was wondering since the Dragon Tokens would be put onto the battlefield because of Utvara Hellkite , the Dragons entered and would that trigger Scourge of Valkas ?

Overlooked that. Utvara Hellkite 's ability triggers once for each Dragon you control. Therefore, you'll have four instances of Utvara Hellkite 's ability on the stack. Whenever one instance resolves, Scourge of Valkas 's ability will trigger. The new triggered ability will go on top of the stack and resolve before the rest of the abilities.
You'll end up dealing 5, 6, 7, then 8 damage for a total of 26 damage.

Scourge of Valkas 's ability triggers whenever Scourge of Valkas or another Dragon enters the battlefield. It doesn't trigger when you attack. Also, a permanent only enters the battlefield when it moves from another zone to the battlefield. Nothing is changing zones when you attack.
