Tezzeret the Seeker: First Ability?

Can I spit Tezzeret the Seeker first ability, 'Untap up to two target artifacts', so that the same target can be untapped twice?

For example; I use Isochron Scepter with Counterspell then untap Isochron Scepter with Tezzeret the Seeker to cast another Counterspell then untap with Tezzeret the Seeker again to cast another Counterspell ?

A spell like Common Bond would let you target the same target twice, but an ability like Tezzeret the Seeker s first ability states "...up to two target artifacts..." which implies any number between 0 artifacts targeted, 1 artifact targeted, or 2 distinct artifacts targeted at once. So no you would not be able to target the same artifact twice.

The first ruling for the card states - 10/1/2008 The first ability can target zero, one, or two artifacts. You may activate it with no targets just to put a loyalty counter on Tezzeret.
