Sunforger casting Hide//Seek?

Hey, I was wondering if you used Sunforger to cast Hide // Seek would you have to choose one side? could you pay additional to cast the other side of it? Thank you in advance!

You could play either side of Hide/Seek with Sunforger, since the split card itself is a red/white card with a total CMC of 4 - a valid target for the Sunforger. However, when you choose to cast it, you'd have to pick one side. You couldn't cast both, even if you have the mana for it, just like any other time you play a split card.
