Stack interaction

First, can a creature be destroyed by damage or destruction spells while on the stack ex. Scissors Lizard cast, hits stack gets Lightning Bolted? Next, during main phase, if i were to cast Shaman of the Great Hunt and it enters the battlefield, then is targeted by Galvanic Bombardment, but before it resolves i play See the Unwritten, would the ferocious effect for See the Unwritten still trigger or would the shaman leave the battlefield beforehand? (assuming this is a legal play)

Creature spells on the stack are not creatures, but spells. So they can only be targeted by spells that target spells. So Lightning Bolt can not target a spell on the stack.

Spells only care what the game state looks like as it is cast and/or as it resolves. See the Unwritten checks as it resolves. So it will see the Shaman of the Great Hunt. But you would need a way to give See the Unwritten flash, as it is a sorcery and can not normally be cast in response to another spell.
