Opponent had a Temple Altisaur with several other dinosaurs om board. I played Blasphemous Act . Does it wipe his board? or only Temple Altisaur survives while the rest of the dinoaurs survive.

Only Altisaur dies, the rest survive with one damage marked on them, provided they have more than 1 toughness.
Since the damage is done simultaneously, all the non-Altisaur will survive thanks to its protection.
