scion of the ur-dragon says, Search your library for a Dragon card and put it into your graveyard. Scion of the Ur-Dragon becomes a copy of that card until end of turn. does Ryusei, the Falling Star s abilities work with him? or does he go straight into the graveyard and never hit the battlefield...

Ryusei, the Falling Star must be put into a graveyard from the battlefield, aka "die", for its ability to trigger. If Scion of the Ur-Dragon dies while it's a copy of Ryusei, then the ability will trigger, but the actual Ryusei is put into the yard from the library, and therefore will not put it's ability on the stack.

No. Ryusei's ability only activates when he is put into a graveyard from play, and never hits the battlefield (or "in play") due to Scion's ability.

the scion never puts a card in to the battlefield, so any come into play, or put into the graveyard from play abilitys will not trigger because they never came into play

however if you were to make thoughs big eldrazi with the shuffle your gaveyard into your library dragons and use one of them for the scions ability then abilitys like thoughs would trigger

Correct. At no point in the activation of Scion's ability does a dragon enter or leave the battlefield. Abilities that trigger off such will not trigger.
