Sanguine Bond and Defiant Bloodlord interaction

If Defiant Bloodlord and Sanguine Bond are both on the field, does the effect trigger twice?both cards have the same effect although one is an enchant and one is a creature"when ever you gain life, target opponent loses that much life"so like every time i gain life, couldn't I target technically two people or 1 person twice to take damage?

Effects like this stack. It is irrelevant that one is a creature and the other an enchantment. If you had two Sanguine Bond that also would result in two triggers and therefore double life loss.

So, yes. You can either target two opponents, or one opponent twice
