Rin and Seri, Inseparable equipped with Illusionist's Bracers

Rin and Seri, Inseparable equipped with Illusionist's Bracers with a Chandra's Incinerator on the battlefield. If I activate the Rin and Seri, Inseparable with the bracers equipped, will Chandra's Incinerator trigger twice if I target a player with both activations? Meaning in total I would get 4 lots of damage, two from the Cat/Dog and two from the incinerator??

Assuming the player you target is an opponent, yes, it will trigger twice.
