Repay in Kind

How the hell does Repay in Kind work? i know im going to feel like an idiot when somebody explains, but the wording is just totally throwing me off. "Each player's life total becomes the lowest life total among all players" to me sounds like this:if there's two players, one at 14 and one at 6. so each player's life total (6 and 14) becomes the lowest life total among all players. so it sounds to me like both 6 AND 14 are becoming the new lowest life total. i dont get it.
The wording is retarded. It means "whoever has the lowest life, everyone else is now at that life too.'" haha

It should be noted that effects that set life totals cause a player to gain or lose the corresponding amount of life. So in your example, the player at 14 would lose 8 life. Effects that interact with loss of life will work.

so so the player at 6 life would not lose any life correct? why the f**K doesnt it just say " lowest life total among players becomes all players' life totals." thats what it means, right?
Ex: 4 player game. Player 1: 20 LifePlayer 2: 13 LifePlayer 3: 2 LifePlayer 4: 9 Life
Player 3 plays Repay in Kind . Now, all players are at 2 life.
Is that correct?

okay thanks alot guys. awesome, i am trying to mess around with Lich's Tomb and cards like Promise of Power and Sign in Blood and the like, i think Repay in Kind or Magus of the Mirror should go along well with them. the mechanics of those cards are all just have black mana user written all over them. i love the flavor of them, any suggestions?

Let's use you example; one player at 6 and the other at 14. Since the lowest life total among all players in this scenario is 6, both players life totals would become 6. Make sense? My Modern deck Another Modern Ad Nauseam abuses this card rather effectively.
