Rakdos and Colorless Mana

So I know Rakdos, Lord of Riots makes eldrazi like Breaker of Armies and Desolation Twin cheaper, but can he make lets say Thought-Knot Seer cast for free? I don't think he does, but I just want to clarify.

No. On gatherer it shows he reduces the cost by 1 for each life point your opponents lost that turn. The number in the cost reduction reduces the generic mana in a cost, not colourless.
117.7a. Effects that reduce a cost by an amount of generic mana affect only the generic mana component of that cost. They can't affect the colored or colorless mana components of that cost.
