Polymorphist's jest and black suns zeniths

If I cast Black Sun's Zenith for x=1 and play Polymorphist's Jest on the next turn will all of my opponents creatures die assuming no creatures other than what's already in play we're cast?

Just be mindful that layers are a thing, so while the generic answer may be true-most of the time- there may be other things effecting the board as a whole, or just some of their creatures, which will prevent them from becoming 1/1's and dying.
I've handled a few situations where this card has caused some confusion, so I just thought I would add that caveat.

Yes, since they would be 1/1 creatures with -1/-1 counter on them.
