Platinum Emperion and Bitterblossom

I know these 2 cards would probably never be in a deck together but here goes:

If I have Platinum Emperion and Bitterblossom in play at the same time I would get the token but not lose the life right?

Correct.

You cannot pay any non-0 amount life while you control Platinum Emperion , but effects that simply cause you to lose life work normally... except, of course, that your life total doesn't actually change. You get the tokens just fine.

Okay. That was my thought process and logic as well. So you could use a card like say Greed with Platinum Emperion in play because of having PAY life. Got it. Thank you Drilnoth for the quick answer

You could not use Greed .
