Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin and Hissing Miasma/Hellrider Interaction?

If three creatures attack me while I control both Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin and Hissing Miasma, will Ob’s effect trigger 3 times or will Hissing Miasma’s effect count as 3 damage? I basically have the same question for his interaction with Hellrider. If I’m attacking with three creatures with Hellrider out, will Ob trigger thrice or not at all? Thanks for the help

Hissing Miasma

Hellrider

Each creature attacking you triggers Hissing Miasma separately, creating three instances of loss of 1 life and three separate triggers for Ob Nixilis. The same thing happens when you attack with Hellraiser out; each attacking creature triggers Hellraiser independently, so Hellraiser triggers Ob Nix three times.
