Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx

Your opponent activates the second ability, which produces mana.

Can you Bind/Trickbind/Voidmage Husher, etc etc, that ability, or is it still considered a mana ability which cannot be responded to?

It is still considered a mana ability as it adds mana to your mana pool. No you cannot do things like Stifle it due to it being a mana ability

Mana abilities are any abilities that have no targets, add mana to a player's mana pool, and aren't loyalty abilities. Triggered abilities are mana abilities if they meet those requirements and trigger from another mana ability.

Both of Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx 's abilities are mana abilities. You can't respond to them.
