Myrkul and Ratadrabik interaction

If I control both Myrkul, Lord of Bones and Ratadrabik of Urborg when a nontoken legendary creature I control dies, can I stack the triggers to get both a creature token and an enchantment token?

Ratadrabik of Urborg neither removes the card from the graveyard nor cares if it's still there. Either way you stack the triggers will result in getting both tokens, unless another effect not listed here removes the card from the graveyard, at which point you'll only get the Zombie.
