Mycosynth Lattice second ability rulings

Just had a general question i don't know how the second effect of Mycosynth Lattice works it states "All cards that aren't on the battlefield, spells, and permanents are colorless." now i might be thinking to hard on this but when summoning a card lets say Progenitus which costs 2 of every color would it then cost 10 generic colorless mana?

A card's casting cost is how you determine what colors it is normally, barring other effects. However, changing the color of the card with some other effect like Lattice does not affect its casting cost in any way. Progenitus still costs .
