Momentous Fall sacrificing Omnath, Locus of Mana. How much lifegain/carddraw?

I have Omnath, Locus of mana in play and 4 green in my pool.

I cast Momentous Fall using Omnath as the sacrifice.

How many cards do I draw and how much life do I gain?

Momentous Fall

As long as you do it correctly 5 life and 5 cards. Sacrificing a creature is an additional cost to cast Momentous Fall and costs can be paid in any order. Therefore if you pay the "sacrifice a creature" cost before you pay the 4 mana, Omnath is a 5/5 when he is sacrificed.
