Mirrorweave interactions

If I cast Mirrorweave on a legendary creature would the effects of Mirrorweave wear off before I had to sacrifice all but 1 of the creatures?
Assuming you somehow could though (to be clear: you absolutely can't), the answer to your question is still no. The moment Mirrorweave were to finish resolving on a legendary creature, everyone would immediately have to sacrifice down to one creature. You don't even get the chance to cast an instant, let alone wait for the turn to end. That's why you can't target legends, by the way; they didn't want to let it be a 3 mana instant speed boardwipe.

You can't cast Mirrorweave targeting a legendary creature.
It has a targeting restriction that only allows you to target a nonlegendary creature.
