Mimic Vat with Planeswalkers

If I have a Mimic Vat and I also had Gideon Jura and I used with loyalty ability to make him the 6/6 and the opponent cast Murder destroying him could I exile him with Mimic Vat and play a token of my Planeswalker?

Yes. Mimic Vat 's ability would produce inanimate copies of Gideon Jura , though. You would need to activate each token's 0 ability to be able to attack with it.
