Maximum Hand Size

So I am just wondering what happens when there are two conflicting cards that dictate my hand size. for example Recycle vs Reliquary Tower. (in some versions of Recycle it simply says that my maximum handsize is two)

You'll apply the effects in timestamp order, meaning that the newest effect will take precedence.
If you play Recycle, then Reliquary Tower, you'll have no maximum hand size.
If you do it the other way around, you'll have a maximum hand size of two.

From Gatherer rulings on Recycle:
10/1/2009 If multiple effects modify your hand size, apply them in timestamp order. For example, if you put Spellbook (an artifact that says you have no maximum hand size) onto the battlefield and then put Recycle onto the battlefield, your maximum hand size will be two. However, if those permanents entered the battlefield in the opposite order, you would have no maximum hand size.
