Marchessa trigger

Ive a question about Marchesa, the Black Rose delayed trigger, should i cast Stifle WHEN she or another creature with +1/+1 counter dies, or when she/creature tries to come back from grave at end of turn?

Either works. Whenever a creature dies, Marchesa will create a trigger that creates a delayed trigger. So if you Stifle the death trigger, the delayed trigger is never set up and the creature won't even try to come back at the end step. If you stifle the return trigger, it won't return.
