Interaction between shapeshifters/changelings and the world tree

Alright so changelings have all creature types, which means that if I were to use the ability of the world tree that sacrifices the world tree to put god types onto the battlefield, I’d be able to summon changelings too right? Now if I were to use the ability of Rukarumel in order to add the changeling type to all creature cards, I’d simply be able to add all the creature cards in my deck. Am I getting this right? I’d like to build a deck around this interaction.

However, Changeling is an ability, and not an actual creature type. Rukarumel cannot name "Changeling" as a creature type. Just choose "God" to make sure the World Tree will work.

Yes, that's exactly right. With Maskwood Nexus in play and activating The World Tree you can put every creature in your deck onto the battlefield, because every creature will be a god in addition to every other type of creature.
