Instant speed Eldrazi Conscription

I have Leyline of Anticipation on my battlefield and I attack with Narset, Enlightened Master

Reveal top 4 card of library, one is Eldrazi Conscription

Will the annihilator trigger if i attach it on Narset, Enlightened Master before combat damage is dealt or is it too late?

It is too late. She has already been declared as an attacker and any abilities that trigger from that have already happened. Eldrazi Conscription cannot retroactively trigger. You'll have to wait until next turn to get the annihilator.
