Inalla + Sundial

Asked by DarkMagician 6 years ago

Inalla, Archmage Ritualist produces tokens that exile at the start of the next end step. If you activate Sundial of the Infinite with the exile effect on the stack will the token copy stick around permanently?

As-written, the delayed triggered ability ("exile it at the beginning of the next end step") will only trigger once. If you exile it with Sundial of the Infinite after it triggers then it won't trigger again. You get to keep the token.

Yes you keep the tokens forever if you activate sundial while the exile/sac is on the stack. If you activate sundial any other time, they only stay around until the next players end step
