In a 3 player game if one of my opponents uses Radiant Performer on my Stern Dismissal . How many copies are created and what gets bounced??

In a 3 player game (Player 1, Player 2, and myself) I cast Stern Dismissal targeting one of Player 1's creatures. Player 2 casts Radiant Performer targeting my Stern Dismissal . Radiant Performer states "Copy that spell or ability for each other permanent or player the spell or ability could target." and Stern Dismissal says "Return target creature or enchantment an opponent controls to its owner’s hand." Since the spell in question is my Stern Dismissal , is a copy made for each creature and enchantment Player 1 and Player 2 control? If so, how do those resolve since Stern Dismissal can only target opponents' creatures and enchantments and Player two controls the copies?

An oracle ruling on Ink-Treader Nephilim lays out a scenario pretty close to this.

Even though you control the copies, the ability cares about who cast the original spell when determining which other creatures that spell could target. If the original spell has a targeting restriction that refers to “an opponent,” the copies will see that from the perspective of the original spell’s controller. For example, if your opponent casts a spell that says “Destroy target creature an opponent controls” targeting your Ink-Treader Nephilim, its ability will create a copy for each other creature the original spell could target: the rest of your creatures. However, since you control the copies, all the copies won’t resolve for having illegal targets.

Copies will be created for each creature and enchantment Player 1 and Player 2 control. When attempting to resolve each copy targeting a creature or enchantment controlled by Player 2 will fizzle for having no legal targets.
