if you twincast a traumatize do they come in at the same time?

so that it would mill almost the entire deck for game?

No, they do not happen at the same time. You cast your original targeting their graveyard, then you cast Twincast to copy it. The copy goes on top of the original on the stack and is cast first. They mill half. Then the original copy is cast and they mill half of what is left (leaving them at 1/4 their previous library size.)

@FallenDefender: There are also some technical inaccuracies with your answer. Traumatize doesn't target a graveyard, it targets a player. The copy created by Twincast isn't cast, it's created on the stack. Also, casting is not synonymous with resolving.

I didn't say you were wrong, I'm merely pointing out that there are some inaccuracies. Don't get defensive.

Actually, there is a difference in the copy being cast and the copy being created on stack, but it doesn't apply in this scenario. Just sayin'.

You would effectively mill 75% of their deck. Still a pretty damn good chunk but not all of their deck.

fun thing happened the other day :-) my cousin running The Mimeoplasm as his general milled himself using Traumatize so his general could get huge from horrible things like eldrazi! i just thought that was a really cool way to use it :-)
