If you pay mana to make enough tokens with Tilonalli's Summoner to have 10 or more permanents on the field, do you get the cities blessing?

Lets say you have 5 permanents on the field with Tilonalli's Summoner being one of them, and you attack with it.if you pay the mana to get 5 tokens do those tokens stay cause you now have 10 permanents on the field?
You can end up in a weird niche situation. If Tilonalli's Summoner is your only permanent with Ascend and it attacks, then your opponent removes it with something like Seal Away before the ability resolves, you will still be able to pay for the tokens to come in, but as you know longer have a permanent with Ascend you cannot gain the City's Blessing and will lose those tokens even though you had enough permanents. Not a common situation, but it can come up in standard, so it seemed worth mentioning.

I should've put more context into my explanation. This is kind of a hidden synergy/win con in a boros tokens deck I'm making for standard. The goal is to have Tilonalli's Summoner on the field with Anointed Procession to make a huge amount of tokens. Your both right though so thank you.

Short answer: The tokens will stay on the field.
Longer answer: Ascend is a bit of a strange ability, in that it functions differently depending on whether it is on an instant/sorcery or on a permanent. Let's look at the rule for permanents:
Rule 2.130b: Ascend on a permanent represents a static ability. It means Any time you control ten or more permanents and you dont have the citys blessing, you get the citys blessing for the rest of the game.
Now, what does that mean?
Ascend on a permanent checks continuously--once you get 10 permanents on the battlefiled, you've "Ascended" and receive the city's blessing. So, let's look at this situation.
You activate Tilonalli's Summoner's ability and now have 10 permanents. As you have ascend on a permanent, it sees your 10 permanents and confers the city's blessing.
By the time the next end step rolls around, you'll have the city's blessing, and the tokens will not be exiled.
