If there is an ability on your field increasing the power of creatures you control, is a new creature entering the battlefield considered to have the increased power upon entry, or does the effect apply after the card enters?

I'm wondering if I can use global power/toughness increases such as Beastmaster Ascension with an appropriate number of counters on to cause creatures that normally do not have power 4+ to trigger Temur Ascendancy

Please use short, concise titles.

Static abilities like Beastmaster Ascension 's apply to creatures as they enter the battlefield, so those creatures will enter with the +5/+5 bonus. There will be no time at which they are their printed P/T.
